Deadline for Guest Critique Cards

What a wonderful Foie Gras Week! 

We would like to thank all of our guests that came out to try the different offerings of the participating restaurants. It is a great affirmation to meet so many supporters of the event and we hope you were fully satiated with your experience. 

Guest Critique Cards can still be mailed in or dropped off to: Chefs for Choice, c/o ZoT, 122 Lombard St., Philadelphia, PA 19147. We apologize if you were not provided a card after your meal as all of your servers should have kept some handy with each order. Please email us the following information to have your vote validated: (email to:

1. Restaurant Name
2. Date of Visit
3. Foie Gras dish you ordered
4. Your name
5. Your email address
6. Your contact phone number
7. Your rating (1 star to 5 stars, with 5 stars as the best) based on the following:
   a. Presentation
   b. Flavor
   c. Innovation

We will make every effort to verify your submission with the participating restaurant to validate your vote. Please make sure your information is complete as incomplete submissions will not be considered.

We have started tabulating the votes already and valid submissions received on or before Friday, March 27th will determine the restaurant who prepared the Best Foie Gras Dish. By that weekend, we will also be announcing the winner of the FREE DINNER that can be redeemed at the winning restaurant.

Guests will have the opportunity to rate each $5.00 Foie Gras Dish on presentation, flavor, and innovation via Guest Critique Card presented to them at the end of the meal. These ratings will be tallied at the end of the week-long celebration to determine the restaurant that produced the Best Foie Gras Dish. The individual restaurant patron who samples the most dishes and submits the most critique cards will win a FREE DINNER from the restaurant that produced the Best Foie Gras Dish.

The winner will be notified via email or phone listed on their submitted Critique Card.
